Rethink buying Retiever

The Velcro tabs to secure the lower part of the cover to the structure not secured to cover and tear off, not allowing cover to fit properly and cover is affected by wind. Very expensive useless piece of cloth. The cover I purchased 7 years ago was superior

Received a clearance item but charged full price

I paid $119 for this as an online order to pick up in store. When I arrived to pick up my order I was given an open box with tape all over it and the box had a clearance sticker for $45. I went back in and was told the item was fine but no offer was made to refund me part of my full purchase price. I was charged $119 to pick up an item that would have only cost $45 if I had purchased in store
