I purchase 5 complete Kennels and additional door panels about 2 years ago. And most of my panels are rusting out. 3 of my doors rusted off the panels unable to use anymore I contacted customer service send an email never heard back from no one

It's too bad they don't last longer initially, but this is a quick and easy fix when the door rusts out. Nice that they stock replacement parts so you don't have to buy a whole new kennel
