The Good: Side ventilation keeps this firepit as a low smoke product to those enjoying it. It is sturdy and no broken welds noticed for the main structure.
The Bad: The grate does not have proper vertical support and they bend down with use. This happened upon the first time using it. I have had two welds on the grate break. I keep this firepit covered with a cover when not using it. Rust has formed with large chunks falling off the bottom. The paint is gone now across the entire pit and that is a big rusty box now. The bottom seems to be a lighter gauge metal. The ember mesh on the sides has burned away leaving holes for embers to go through. The should have made this replaceable but are welded in.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Not worth the money

This fire pit started off good but slowly rotted away. The finish does not hold up and the welds are breaking. I now have a rusty square box . The bottom will be falling out any day. Definitely over priced. I even bought a cover for it but nothing helped the longevity of it. Too much money for every other year replacement.
