I ordered this unit as it looked like it would be awesome for backyard grilling. Unfortunately it got to me damaged. I am sure the thinest of the material didnt help at all. As thin as this firepit is I doubt if it would last a year or two. So I set up a return and when I received the email for the return and there was suppose to be a return label attached which there wasnt. I email you back 3 time (each time it said tgey would get back to me in 48 hours. Here it is two weeks later and no response. So i decided to contact customer service. I got a recording saying everyone was busy and they would answer me within 5 minutes. I stayed on the line 58 minutes before I finally hing.

I researched so many fire pits but kept coming back to this one. It is beautiful, makes and keeps great fires going. We cooked steaks and shrimp skewers the other day and the raised grill did a great job. Very happy with the pit.
