Bent/damaged. No response from customer service

Multiple pieces were bent and the whole thing fit together poorly. Even completely put together it’s all crooked. Also multiple punctures in the wire mesh. I attempted to contact customer service and wrote to them but never received a response.

Pit arrived without any damage but once we opened it, we noticed the inside ring was bent. The outer pieces don't sit level either. Very flimsy metal, we'll be lucky if it lasts the season. Don't waste your money.
