I love my Redstone heater/AC! It warms up my office quickly and has an automatic feature which turns off my heater when it reaches a certain temperature. My only complaint was that it was shipped in its own container. I don’t like my items to be visible to the public.

Opened box only to find that one of the springs inside was broken so it barely let off any heat. Opened it up to see if we could fix the problem only to find that one of the wires inside broke off so we couldn’t fix it even if we wanted to.
