Missing Shovel and No Reply

Shovel was missing from the order. I contacted TSC through the website about sending a replacement and I haven't heard a peep. Come on man. Just send me the shovel.

Missing and broken parts

Received coal buck in mail and there was no shovel with it . Also, the metal part that holds the shovel was broken off and laying inside the bucket . Contacted customer service three times and they never got back with me .
