QUIKRETE Fast-Setting Concrete Mix is a special blend of Fast-Setting cements, sand and gravel. Fast-Setting concrete is designed to set hard in approximatly 20 to 40 minutes. Fast-Setting Concrete Mix is suitable for setting posts and pouring slabs when a rapid return to service is desired. Made in the USA. Sets posts without mixing. Pour dry mix into hole and soak with water. Ready for load bearing weights in 4 hours.

    A: Fast-Setting concrete is only produced in 50 lb. bags.

Q: How much product would i need to set a 6’ round post

    A: It would depend on the diameter and depth of the hole. A 6" post set in a 18" diameter hole 24" deep would take 9 bags of Fast-Setting concrete. Concrete calculators are available at Quikrete.com.

    A: A 12" diameter hole that is 24" deep with a 4'' post will require 4 bags of 50# Fast-Setting concrete.

    A: A hole 12" in diameter and 24" deep with a 6" post will need 1.18 cu. ft. of concrete, 3 bags of 60# concrete. You will need approximately 36 bags to complete this project.
