I never received the order. I got notification it was damaged in transit and returned to sender. I contacted tractor supply twice to get status on a reshipment or money back and nothing.

What used to be amazing is now a garbage product

I don't care what they claim, the product has changed. I have exclusively used Tidy Cats 24/7 for the last 10 years. Recently, each bag has gotten worse. The 2 most recent bags are essentially gravel. It does not clump at all. Not to urine, not to feces and it does nothing for the ammonia smell. I will be switching companies, this is ridiculous.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Too much dust for this dust free product

I've used this product for years, but since your packaging has changed, so has the quality. It is no longer odor free, and now, when I pour from the bag, a cloud of dust rises into the room. What happened to 99.9% dust free?
