Pro Plan Veterinary Diets Adult DM Savory Selects Dietetic Management Formula Wet Cat Food, is made specifically to meet the needs of diabetic cats. Featuring a delicious and enticing flavor, this wet cat food offers beneficial ingredients that promote their health and wellness. With added omega-3 and -6 fatty acids, as well as high dietary protein, low dietary carbohydrate and high antioxidant concentrations, this wet food for cats also helps to decrease extreme glucose fluctuations, while preventing crystals from forming in the bladder.How it Works

Diabetic cats have unique dietary needs. This formula is low in carbohydrates and high in protein, which is the ideal balance for everyday management of diabetic conditions. It promotes an unfavorable environment for calcium oxalate and struvite crystal formation. It is also great-tasting and high in antioxidants.

Our cat was diagnosed with feline diabetes for over a year. We have been able to manage her symptoms without insulin with a combination of Senvelgo and DM Savoury Selects. She absolutely loves the wet food, but especially the gravy!

Saving my cats life!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) My cat, Augustus, has diabetes and this food has the right balance to keep his sugars under control, and is the only food he is willing to eat! We tried different DM food but he hated the flavors so would pick at them. Savory selects he will eat the entire can because he loves it! Thank you for making a food that will let Augustus stay in my life longer

Huge chunks to choke on

We have been feeding this food to our cat for 14 years (DM Savory Selects). He likes the taste of the food but there has been a change recently. The last few cases have had huge, and I mean *huge* chunks in it. He's a large cat and he has all his teeth but I have to cut up all his food now because the chunks are so large that he just vomits them up. So - on the one hand - I recommend the food because it does what it promises - but on the other hand, you have to be prepared to spend the extra time to cut up all the pieces.
