Bad ingredients but cat likes it

I love that it comes in several flavors, it’s great that it’s pate (the only texture he’ll eat), and I appreciate that it’s cheaper than the prescription urinary food. My issue is the ingredients. The first ingredient is “meat by-products.” Why won’t they say what kind of meat is used?!? Is it something weird like horse meat or roadkill?! Is this a Soylent Green situation?!?! They need to reformulate with actual named meats, because “meat by-products” is icky and I feel guilty feeding it to my cat.

2 of my cats like this one but I have 1 finicky eater that doesn’t. So I buy fewer of these and more of the whitefish and beef/ckn mix entree. It does seem to be a little less moist but I add a teaspoon of water when feeding it. A good variety for the 2 that like it.
