My cat won’t eat this

My cat won’t touch this. He’s not picky. He’s fine with the other flavors but not this one. I even tried mixing his favorite Churu in there and he still wouldn’t eat it. I tried mixing it with his other favorite canned food (Fancy Feast). Nope.

This looks and smells very similar to Fancy Feast Medleys! Cat also reacted the same way as when ate medleys: ate a bit and then left much to throw in the trash.
