Terrible service

I would give less than 1 star if possible. Ordered product on same day delivery. First day item didn't show. Second day called customer service. They had problem with the delivery company they used but promised it would be delivered that day within a couple hours. After couple hours item didn't show so I called store. They said it still wouldn't be delivered. Time is money and after spending a day and half waiting I called customer service back to cancel order. Needless to say they will lose thousands of my business due to the way this was handled. Never ever again will I recommend their products or services.
