The Power Wizard 1.5 Joule Plug-In Electric Fence Energizer is made for use with permanent or semi-permanent fencing. The low impedance technology helps the fence energizer produce consistent power in any conditions. Awesome heavy duty. Easy to install box. Don't forget ground wire installation and a power volt meter unless you just touch it to see if working. We already had ground wire from previous fence. We installed under screened in back porch but instructions refer to mounting to wood post fences for cattle. We use for dogs and touched ours to test. It's not constant and pulsates every few seconds.
