The Power Wizard 0.10 Joule Plug-In Electric Fence Energizer is designed for use with semi-permanent fencing. The fence controller can energize up to 3 acres or 3 miles of fencing to keep small animals safe and secure. The low impedance technology provides consistent power from the fence energizer in any conditions. The energizer also comes with heavy-duty wire knobs with metal inserts to prevent stripping.

Product details says it provides consistent power, it doesn't it pulsates. This was the biggest disappointment of the product. Product details says it covers 1-3 acres, it is so weak that it doesn't even cover 1 acre. Hoping TSC will take it back because it probably better suited for chicken coop, not acres.
