With jobsite ready, powder-coated tubular steel handles and flat-free rubber tires, a split upper shell designed for maintenance, you can expect a long life and faithful service from your Porter-Cable Forced Air Kerosene. Equipped with high output motors and glove-friendly controls, you can't go wrong. Heating up to 5,250 sq. ft. controlled by a factory installed thermostat with LED readout for room and set temps. This unit effortlessly heats up a lot of space quickly. It is equipped with a high limit safety switch and a photo CAD cell to shut the unit off in unsafe conditions. This kerosene heater has all the versatility and safety features the jobsite requires.

Porter Cable 210,000 BTU Torpedo Heater

Put some diesel in it and it fired right up. Burns smooth, no odor. Brings my 28x36x12 foot ceiling shop from 40° to 70° in a few minutes. R-21 walls, R-30 ceiling, two 10x10 insulated overhead doors. Once everything warms up it only kicks on for a couple minutes every hour, so I find it to be efficient on fuel. Only complaint is that it’s loud, but that’s to be expected with any torpedo heater.
