Applying high pressure to sawdust during production forces natural juice in the wood to bind the pellets together with a flavor that is unique to each blend.

Great Value, Good Flavor, Good Temp, To Much Ash

I have found the pellets have a good consistent temp and flavor. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the amount of ash that they create. Had to clean out Treager 780 Pro multiple times due to that. Smoked 128 pounds of pulled pork and was very happy with the product with the exception of the ash.
