Quality Butcher paper

Quality Butcher paper. Butcher paper is mostly the same everywhere. It's a decent quality and close by at my local TSC. Bought it in a pinch as I was out in the middle of a cook. I'll be happily buying more in the future.

Good paper

I bought two boxes because they look kind of skinny online. NOPE, they are full size boxes of paper, so I have it for daaaays now. That's ok. It's a good thick quality but not so thick that it's hard to fold up. It's also not waxed so you can use it for wrap. Unless you are smoking enough for an army, you only need one box for now.
