The Pirate Brand CPR 6.0 cu. ft. Sandblaster AMVII Basic Package is a portable sandblasting machine/abrasive blast pot. This portable sandblasting machine features a pressure release system that automatically blows down the vessel when the control handle is released. The sandblaster also has 1-1/4 in. galvanized piping for corrosion resistance.Note: This product may require up to 5 additional days for order processing prior to shipping

  • Pressure release system automatically blows down the vessel when the control handle is released
  • Includes AMV II/1-1/2 in. inlet and 1-1/4 in. outlet valves
  • 1-1/4 in. piping
  • 50 ft. twin-line hose assembly and Pneumatic control handle (5-year/10-year warranty)
  • A.S.M.E. Section VIII Division 1
  • CRN for all provinces
  • 1-1/4 in. galvanized piping for corrosion resistance
  • Heavy-duty full port ball valves
  • Extended life schedule 80 heavy-duty nipple withstands abrasive wear for longer life
  • Pusher line includes JIC fittings, eliminating gasket problems
  • AMVII X-Treme duty metering valve
  • Robust iron housing and a stainless-steel metering plate
  • Works with steel grit
  • Nylon wiper seals on both sides of metering plate (prevents abrasive from entering housing and causing jams)
  • Large clean-out/inspection port and drain port are provided for greatly improved servicing and maintenance
  • Purge port allows a compressed air supply to be connected to assist in flushing out any blockages through the drain port
  • Improved heavy-duty handle design
