The Pirate Brand CPR 3.0 cu. Ft. Abrasive SandBlaster AMVII Basic Package is a portable sandblasting machine and abrasive blast pot. The durable abrasive sandblaster features a purge port that allows a compressed air supply to be connected to assist in flushing out any blockages through the drain port. This abrasive sandblaster also comes with a large clean-out and inspection port and drain port provided for greatly improved servicing and maintenance.Note: This product may require up to 5 additional days for order processing prior to shipping

  • Portable and pneumatic for convenience
  • Improved heavy-duty handle design for comfortable use
  • Includes AMV II/1 in. inlet and 1 in. outlet valves
  • 1 in. piping and pressure release system
  • 50 ft. twin-line hose assembly and pneumatic control handle (5-year and 10-year warranty)
  • 3.0 cu. ft. capacity (85 L) and 150 PSI vessel (10.3 bar)
  • Purge port allows a compressed air supply to be connected to assist in flushing out any blockages through the drain port
  • Abrasive sandblaster with A.S.M.E. Section VIII Division 1
  • CRN for all provinces for convenience
  • Works with steel grit for versatile use
  • Automatically blows down the vessel when control handle is released
  • 1 in. inlet valve, 1 in. outlet valve and 1 in. galvanized piping for corrosion-resistance
  • Nylon wiper seals on both sides of metering plate (prevents abrasive from entering housing and causing jams)
  • Large clean-out, inspection port and drain port are provided for greatly improved servicing and maintenance
  • Heavy-duty full port ball valves for durability
  • Extended life schedule 80 heavy-duty nipple
  • Withstands abrasive wear for longer life
  • Pusher line includes JIC fittings, eliminating gasket problems
  • AMVII X-Treme duty metering valve
  • Stainless-steel metering plate and robust iron housing for added strength
  • Improved sealing of the metering plate stem using a combination of lip seals and O-rings
