Collar broke

Worked great for our GSP until the collar cracked and quit working. Purchased March 2025 and pay subscription annually. The collar quit charging and is not usable. The collar was not abused and feel like this is just bad quality. I will be looking elsewhere for a replacement.

I’d give these collars a -5 star if I could. Bought 2 for my dogs and they randomly go off even when they’re inside the fence boundaries. Says I have good service and they still go off. Waste of my money.

Not so durable

We bought two last yr for our pups they are both cracked in half no longer work . Before they both cracked in half they worked great we have one we taped it in middle the other we tried taping but it's beyond cracked that it doesn't work . For spending that kind of money then the subscription it's not worth it because they cracked like that can't repair them . Yes I am very disappointed because I lost out on money for them to crack.
No, I do not recommend this product.
