100% a waisted of your time will leave you madder then when you started got it for my dog when it works barely my dog does just fine she not the problem this collar is the problem good Luck getting it to connect when your ready to let your dog outside it will take about 5 in and offs a collar reset and a complete restart to get it to connect and most of the time it still won’t connect after all that dogs gonna get im patent and your walking on a leash again instead of freedom waist of money time and frustrations and to top it off sometimes it’ll randomly glitch and she will be in the middle of her zone and it’ll spaz out and just start shocking here pet safe is far from when this crap is

Okay. Collar stopped working and will not charge

Product worked fine so long as you can keep collar tight enough. I have not had mine 9 months and now collar doesn't work. It will not charge. Can anyone add help to this.

Returned - too big for small dog

This is likely a great product, but the collar was just too large for a 5 lb dog. He has a 10 inch collar that I compared to the size specification, but wasn’t a match.
