Cancellation nightmare

CX was/is a nightmare.No one had the ability or authority to just cancel the order.Finally, after 2mos,the order was cx.I have received a shipping notice for today!My debit card is held in limbo.CS was always pleasant but they obviously did not have the ability they need to do their work.

I have had a terrible time trying to find a food that worked for my Olde English Bulldogge. He has been on different foods, a probiotic, and pumpkin with continued loose stools and lots of gas. He was gradually switched to Natural Balance LID Lamb and Rice with wonderful results. He is off the probiotic and pumpkin and has normal stools and rare gas. Hurray!

At a time when our regular source and other local pet stores had none of this on hand Tractor supply had it available with delivery within 3 days. It's what my dog is used to eating and she was very happy to see it in her bowl.
