The Mighty Mule Wireless Intercom and Keypad for Automatic Gate Openers is a versatile intercom system that allows for communication between a driver requesting entrance to the property and the person inside of the property. This wireless intercom and keypad allows you to grant access to your property by instructing the visitor to press a button on the keypad at the gate. This versatile system is ideal for any residential application, and it alerts you to the identity of visitors from the safety of your home. The intercom provides superior range with two-way communication up to 500 ft. wireless. It comes with outdoor call/keypad unit that can be programmed with up to 25 entry codes for keypad access. The Mighty Mule wireless intercom also comes with an indoor base unit that is mobile and can be used anywhere in your home just like a cordless phone. Its rechargeable batteries allow for operation even during power outages. Up to 4 interior base stations can operate off of this convenient intercom for use in different rooms of your house.

- A: Farmer Guy - Which item are have issues with? the item linked to Tractor Supply is Wireless Keypad and Intercom which is not controlled by the App. The other item with the link is the MMS100 Smart Connectivity System, if this was the issue we did have an Update recently. Please call our Tech Line if needed. They could use our Techsee feature, where they can see what you are seeing in real time on your phone. We did routine software update recently for bug fixes, not sure if this was part of it. Also suggest updating the "Mighty Mule App" in your App store and try again. Apologies from Mighty Mule for any inconvenience. Tech Line can be reached at 1-800-543-1236 M-F 8am-7pm and Sat 10am-6pm EST.a year agoHelpful?

If you are installing the Mighty Mule MM136 Wireless Intercom & Keypad to any one of these Mighty Mule gate opener (models # MM371W/372W, MM571W/572W & TS571W) nothing else is needed for installation except something to mount the keypad to. If you are programing this to a Mighty Mule Gate Opener model # MM260 or MM271, a part # FM135 Entry Remote is needed for the keypad entry code learning process. Thank you,5 years agoHelpful?

You could also press the Grant Access button to allow a guest to enter your property. Up to 25 different personal entry codes may be programmed into the keypad, allowing you to give different temporary and permanent entry codes to different users. For example, you can give a delivery person their own temporary entry code, which you can easily change after he has made the delivery. This will prevent him from being able to regain access,while still allowing those to whom you gave permanent entry codes full access. Thank you!6 years agoHelpful?

We just got it installed today. I thought it had a way to open the gate from the house but found out after installing it didn't. Bummer. I have to find a way to get a gate opener for the house that has the range. Not sure how good the unit is overall since it was just installed. But so far so good.

First unit I bought failed after about 16 years. Purchased new unit on sale for $100 off. The Program Button didn't work correctly, so TSC customer service went out of their way to make sure the unit was replaced at the sale price. The new one works perfectly. Overall, very satisfied.
