Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mighty Mule Gate Operator I bought a Mighty Mule Gate Operator for the gate across my driveway entrance about 7 years ago. It has worked perfectly for 7 years until the power transformer that powers the controller and keeps the batteries charged went out. The store where I bought it no longer carried this item. I found out that Tractor Supply carries them. I got on their web site and in about 5 minutes found the part that I needed. They didn't carry the part in the store but was available online. I ordered the part for less than I expected it to be and they gave me free shipping. I was also able to track my order online so I knew when my part would be delivered. They said 7 to 10 days for shipping but it only took 3 days to get the part. BACK IN BUSINESS! Thanks Tractor Supply.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always works great I have bought a replacement before and I have always been happy with it. If you can't find in your local store, a larger store will have it and mail it to your local store for pickup.

How many watts (or amps) does the transformer draw when in use?

Asked by: MM Services
Thank you for posting your question! The transformer (part # RB570) when in use puts out 2200MA, which is 2.2 amps. Thank you!
