Q: What are the ingredients of this product? It only says beet pulp on the bag but I am finding cracked corn as well as whole corn kernels in the most recent bag I purchased. And the bag is over 50% crumbled feed rather than pellets.

1 Answer
  • A: Per a previous answer provided by the manufacturer: : "On the back of the package it gives ingredients as “Dried Beet Pulp”. Seems a little simple, but that’s because it is. Others add liquid products to their pellets, which is probably why the customer is asking, but we do not add anything to our pellets." If you are concerned with the product or additional ingredients found in your bag, please reach out to the manufacturer for assistance: Customer Service: 800-290-1590

Terrible delivery again

At least it's on the steps this time. Wrong barn again 🙄. Last 3 times it was left on the ground. One of those was in the rain. Horse feed. On the ground. In the rain. I asked him last month not to leave it there and he said "I don't have time for that". So now I have to pick 50 lb bags of feed up off the ground and carry it back to the barn it actually goes in. Terrible service. I'm about to rethink doing business with TSC. The store here is always out of my horse feed. It's a mess and it's about impossible to get anyone to assist with purcgases

Strange black pellets in the feed

The bags had, among the normal pellets, small black pellets in them as if they had been burned. Contacted the manufacturer via email and absolutely NO response. What manufacturer is not concerned about contamination or poor processing in their horse feed products - apparently this one. Wouldn't buy from them again. Who knows what was processed with this feed. More importantly, they don't care to respond to a customer notification

Great product! finally molasses free!

Price is reasonable. Unbeetable beets are always fresh. My horses really like them even the molasses free which is what I use. I always soak at least 2 hours, then top dress with the other Nutrional supplements the horses need. Easy, economical, no waste. My horses look forward to their beet mash!

Ordered ship to store they shipped from corporate without my permission. Manager of store said oh we stopped shipping from store. Might be nice to have the app catch up. Arrived on dirt outside property a week later broken, open to air with $42 added w/o permission for what was supposed to be an earned free ship same day from store Returned it only got refunded half. Never have seen such a major co with such or ineffective processes.lost a customer.

Change is not always good

This has been a great supplement for my horse for several years, but now it seems to have changed. The new bags say, "NEW Look" but the pellets are also much different. It no longer soaks up the water like it used to. It used to get soft and fluffy after soaking it for an hour. Now I can have it soaking all day and its still watery, the pellets still have hard spots, and the horses wont finish it. Unfortunately, I will have to change to another brand
