The Mibro 3/4-10 NC Plug Tap is used for cutting internal threads. This heavy-duty tap is made from tool steel that is titanium nitride coated for reduced friction. Tap sizing consists of two numbers; the first number refers to the diameter of the hole being threaded, the second number states the number of threads per inch.

First 3 to 5 threads are tapered to assist with straight and accurate start for threading
