This cover is designed as a replacement for our Stay Series Villa Kennel here: https://luckydogdirect.com/collections/stay-series-kennels/products/lucky-dog%C2%AE-stay-series%E2%84%A2-4w-x-8l-villa-kennel - also carried by Tractor Supply. As out partner has pointed out the measurements are: 6 feet (72 inches) high at its peak and 5 feet (60 inches) high on the sides. This means the vertical distance from the peak of the roof down to the side wall will be much greater than the 22 inches you are looking for.
