A: Lifetime Deck boxes are weather resistant, but not water tight or water proof. If you need items inside to remain completely dry we recommend also placing them inside plastic bags.

Q: Can the unit safely store feed in it outside?

A: The box is not completely air/water tight. So you may want to include some type of lining if you need the contents to stay completely dry.
