Q: Can you set it up with a pitch? Like 12ft up to the side of structure angled down to 9ft at the post.

- A: Hi there, Thank you for your question. No, the Arrow Attached Carport/Patio Cover (10 x 20) is not designed to be installed on a pitch like that. These units are engineered to be mounted level against a structure with uniform height guidelines. Setting one side at 12 ft and sloping it down to 9 ft at the post would go outside the manufacturer’s specifications and could lead to structural instability, improper water drainage, and potential warranty issues. If you need a sloped or custom-pitched cover, you’d have to look into a custom-built solution rather than this prefabricated model. For ShelterLogic product inquiries, please call 1-800-560-8383. Q: What dose the underside look like ? And dose the post have to be mounted at the end or can they come in about 2 feet ?

Attached Carport/Patio Cover features a steel frame with roof panels attached overhead, providing structural support and coverage. Modifying the placement (such as moving them in approximately 2 feet) may affect the structural integrity and is not generally recommended without confirmation. Please note that we recommend anchoring down the patio cover carport and immediately removing any accumulated snow off the structure (if applicable).
