Q: Does this roof have a gutter system built in and where does it drain out?

- A: Hi Brad, Hello, This Carport does not include any drainage. On page 21 of the assembly manual this is a provided outline for a suggested guttering system. Q: Can you set it up with a pitch? Like 12ft up to the side of structure angled down to 9ft at the post.

- A: Hi there, Thank you for your question. No, the Arrow Attached Carport/Patio Cover (10 x 20) is not designed to be installed on a pitch like that. These units are engineered to be mounted level against a structure with uniform height guidelines. Setting one side at 12 ft and sloping it down to 9 ft at the post would go outside the manufacturer’s specifications and could lead to structural instability, improper water drainage, and potential warranty issues. Q: What dose the underside look like ? And dose the post have to be mounted at the end or can they come in about 2 feet ?

Attached Carport/Patio Cover features a steel frame with roof panels attached overhead, providing structural support and coverage.
