Is a quality safe for its price point. Get what you pay for in the safe world. This is a middle of the road safe. One item if fixed would have bumped the review up to 5
Stars the manual combustion lock is gritty and plastic very poor quality, I am partial to manual locks but in this case should have went with electronic combo. Shelves are cheap chip board, fabric covering is thin. Paint, finish, welds, door seating, bolts, and overall construction is built to last. For the
Money this is a quality safe middle of the roads security and good fire rating.

Hard to open.

Extremely hard to open regarding the initial setup. Nothing to do with the combination, but physically opening the door took over an hour. On hold waiting for customer service the whole time. Actually got the door open as customer service answered. Also one of the door adjuster screws was cutting into one of the lock bars. Screwing the screw all of the way in doesn’t solve the problem. This is my second safe. The first was delivered damaged, and took follow up from me to establish a refund.

My safe showed up without handles to unlock it. The instructions said they should be inside a yellow bag inside the safe but there was no yellow bag inside the safe and no handles or shelf clips. Also the top left corner of the safe looks like someone dragged it on concrete. If I get the rest of the parts I will update my review.

Came damaged n ended up not getting another cause they have no extra people to deliver n pick other one up there way. Said that was all up to us to- having people to do any moving. We were only to have it sitting by the curb she said. LOL He lives in the woods. So we had to keep it n they would give us back delivery charge. Nice of them Huh??
And I spend a lot of money at that place. Such a shame. Ordered for family member

Just What I Needed

Good quality USA made safe at a fair price. Arrived quickly and as promised. It's a beast so I would highly recommend either paying extra to have it installed by Liberty or have a couple of strong helpers to muscle the dolly through doorways to its final location.
