- A: Hi Kd, thank you for reaching out. The LP1025WHSM portable air conditioner does not require manual draining during normal cooling or heating operation since it uses an auto‑evaporation system. However, in Dry (dehumidification) mode or in very humid conditions, water may collect in the internal tank. When that happens, the Water Full indicator will light up and you’ll need to empty the water before resuming use. Keeps very cool

So I received this LG portable A/C about a week ago, and thank god! Because I really needed it! I had one of those older model squared ones and it was noisy! But this one on the other hand, doesn’t make much noise, yay! My bedroom is a 13ft x 13ft. And it keeps it cool. Ive been testing it all night and day for the past days and works very well. Another feature that I loved is that its smart so I can control it from anywhere on the app. Another plus is that I can move it anywhere I need it in my house, as long as theres a window. So excited for this new AC!
