I am pretty much happy with my purchase, makes a very decent coffee. Very user friendly, so easy to use. Well built machine. I chose the porcelain colour and this looks great on the kitchen benchtop.
The only complaint, well not really a complaint but more of a chore, is that there are so many/multiple components to constantly rinse and clean, very time consuming and the tray fills up with water quickly.
I would recommend it regardless.

Not working properly

the unit worked properly for a little while, then it stopped mixing the coffee and milk properly. Went through all cleaning and factory reset cycles and it still won't mix properly. The coffee comes in with the proper amount then no milk. When you use just the milk frother the right amount of ounces selected goes into the cup, but won't work when a coffee selection is made. Can use is manually but I bought it to be automatic. very disappointed

Tempwerature can be higher.

The only thing I am not satisfied is the temperature of the latte. Even I set the temperature at HIGH, it is not hot enough for me and my wife.
