Gradually adapt lambs to Show Lamb Gale Force 18DQ Medicated. Lambs should consume Show Lamb Gale Force 18DQ Medicated at the rate of 0.25 pound per 10 pounds of body weight to provide 22.7 mg of Decoquinate per 100 pounds of body weight. Feed at least 28 days during periods of exposure or when experience indicates coccidiosis is likely to be a hazard. It may be desirable to also feed 0.25 to 0.50 pound of good quality hay per head daily.
We recommend in most cases, you slowly transition your animal when changing to a Kent product or even between Kent products. This allows the animal's digestive tract to properly adjust to the feed. To help with the transition, we recommend slowly mixing the new Kent product in with your current feed and then gradually increase over the course of one week to 100% of the new Kent product.
