This wheel comes complete with 1 in. bearings, grease cap and grease seal. This tire accessory is manufactured to exceed DOT requirements for highway use. The powder-coat finish resists chipping, scratching, fading and corrosion for a great appearance and longer life. The Kenda trailer tires were designed to improve handling and enhance the ride characteristics of the towed vehicle. It's a 4.8 x 8 (not 4.6). It's printed right on the tire, so note this listing text is wrong. Not a huge issue as they are generally interchangeable anyway.
