The reel itself is great. It’s doing what it was designed for. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because the first person I inquired to about physical stock at the store almost immediately told me “no we don’t have that.” I was fairly certain they did so I waited a minute and called back. The new manager answered and had the sense to put me on hold and ACTUALLY check. Surprise; it was on the shelf and they got a BOPIS sale. If I had listened to the first lazy individual, they would’ve lost the sale. Be persistent with the Pagosa store.
