This Ironcraft Fences 4ft H x 4ft W Berkshire Aluminum Fence Gate provides an elegant and attractive solution to complete your aluminum fencing system. This aluminum fence gate is flat on the top and has exposed pickets on the bottom that provide a more secure enclosure. The metal driveway gate includes two gate hinges, one self-latching gravity latch and required mounting hardware. It is also compatible with the 4 ft. tall Berkshire fence panels. The 6 ft. tall Berkshire end/gate post is required for installation (model 833633, sold separately).

Don't waist your time

Sent order back, no useable. Damaged during shipping. No notification showing this was purchased from outside source. Had several calls from FedEx asking for delivery address when it was going to the store. Such a hassle that we waited for two weeks to not be able to even use the items.

The fence itself seems to be of good quality, and looks nice. It should do what I need it to do. The reason for the low rating is because of issues with the state of the fencing when it was delivered. I ordered 15 panels and a gate along with the posts and hardware. Of the 15 panels 5 of them were bent, it looked like they used a forklift without a pallet, and another 5 were (noticeably) scratched and gouged. And the gate was also scratched and gouged. And to top it all off someone took a Sharpie and tried to coverup a bunch of the scratches. So out of 15 panels I have 5 panels that are serviceable. Rather than installing my fence this weekend I get to drive an hour lugging the messed up panels back to the city so I can exchange them, defeating the purpose of paying for delivery.

Good fence for the price

The Berkshire was good and I installed the gate and the rest of the system. However, a few things would be preferred. First, you should make it clear that the fence sections have screws for each picket on one side. I was looking for a fence without screws, and the images were misleading. Second, it would be nice if they came in 3 ft height. And had 3 foot wide gates. Finally, the latch that came with the gate didn't use self-tapping screws, which made it very hard to install.

Yes, I recommend this product.
