Use Ideal Animal Health Light Mineral Oil as a mild laxative for lubrication of the intestinal tract. It is recommended to administer these horse supplements to livestock via stomach tube. Store the container of equine supplements at room temperature and keep the container tightly closed. Use this oil with horses of all life stages. It contains 99.9% mineral oil for powerful use.

Q: Can this use as dry eye lubricants for animal dog?

- A: Ok I see. Thanks. My vet is from the local and chief of general hospital, she is the top with hundred percent confident. She keeps using paraffin oil/ mineral oil plus prograf powerder as a eye drop to solve my dog’s dry eye problem. it works. I now believe this is a secret formula to slove dry eye problem. Because there is no one discuss this topic online. Even though all the oil packaging have not described for eye use. But she has not disclose the brand of the paraffin oil/ mineral oil. She only said those oil can buy at pharmacy easily. so I believe the oil is what you get. I have to disclose this formula worldwide.5 years agoHelpful?
Q: Can this mineral oil be used in a fogger to control mites in bee hives? I saw on you tube they were using mineral oil foggers for mite control...it coats the bees infected with mites in turn kills the mites but is not harmful to the bees.

- A: This has not been tested for bees so we cannot make any recommendations for this application. We have confirmed that the only two ingredients in this product are mineral oil and tocopherol.8 years agoHelpful?
Q: Can this product be used on humans? It is hard to find a large size bottle of light weight mineral oil in a drug store. I normally order it through a pharmacy, but that takes awhile. I use it in a dry eye clinic.

Can't find locally, available by subscription

This is sometimes hard to get locally and we require it as part of our regime for our aged horses. When our last order from another provider was canceled after being "lost" and then unavailable to reorder, we thought, "Gotta think out of the box!" That led us to remembering we were common customers of Tractor Supply at our previous residency. Volia, of course. Now we have this product dependably arriving once a month due to our subscription. Thank goodness for you guys! Wish there were a closer store.
