The requirement for higher performance transmission lubricants has increased considerably in recent years due to the introduction of new and sophisticated transmission systems. That's where Hot Shot's Secret Shift Restore comes in. Shift Restore quickly acts to solve issues with automatic transmissions, such as erratic and inconsistent shifting, hesitation and rough operation, excessive noise and overheating. The transmission fluid serves as a hydraulic fluid, a heat transfer fluid and a lubricating fluid. Over time, varnish and sticky residue can form inhibiting the performance of the fluid. Our high performance ester formula is a unique lubricity and cleaning agent, that tenaciously attaches itself to all metal parts that it comes in contact with inside the transmission. The strong polarity pulls deposits off the metal surfaces and puts them back into solution. The metal in a transmission is nearly always positively charged while this automatic transmission fluid is negatively charged. Attachment of a thin layer of Shift Restore to all metals is natural and not dependent upon temperature, pressure or anything else. An added benefit is a reduction in temperature due to less friction on the critical moving parts. This CVT and automatic transmission fluid additive also lubricates and protects these key components for an extended transmission life. Use as a preventative maintenance product or to fix an existing problem. Use approximately 1.5 OZ of SHIFT RESTORE per quart of transmission fluid. This CVT and automatic transmission fluid additive may be added during a fresh fluid change or midway through current service interval. Use every fluid change for best results. Note: Product displaces an equal amount of fluid.
