- A: Charging the Transmitter When the battery is low, the LOW BATT light will illuminate. When this happens: 1. Plug the charger into a standard AC wall outlet. 2. Remove the rubber protector over the DC Charging Receptacle and insert one of the charger’s plugs into the Receptacle. The CHRG LED will illuminate. 3. When charging is completed the CHRG LED will automatically extinguish. Disconnect the charging plug from the transmitter. 4. Place the rubber protector back over the DC Charging Receptacle to eliminate dirt getting into the transmitter5 years agoHelpful?

We have had both collars for two weeks and I am completely satisfied. They work as described (I have not tested the 1/2 mile range yet). I charged them when I got them and haven’t had to since but they are only on when the dogs are outside. Remote is simple even when managing multiple dogs. Would love some kind of lanyard though! Would not train without a reliable collar. When you don’t have to chase the puppy across the street in just your bathrobe at 5:30 am for the fifth time you will want to send them a thank you!

this is absolutely the best thing we have tried for our extremely head strong Newfie! He is able to jump our 5 foot fence in a single bound and when he decides to jump and run, he doesn't acknowledge our attempts at calling him. This trainer can give tones or shocks up to 4 levels each, and we have only had to shock on the lowest level once. When he hears the tone, he comes immediately back. This thing is life saving!

Have had a pr of collars for 4 months and one has died already . Cant charge collar or nothing. Bought an extra one in December and that was doesnt work anymore either.
