This tire of course is from China. Who knows when it was produced or how it was shipped. My guess it was stacked. The tire itself is fine. The problem is with the mounting. The bead on the tire is extremely stiff making getting it on the rim difficult. The beads on both sides of the tire are touching at the center of the tire and do not spread easily. The tire was compressed probably from being stacked for a long period of time. Even with soap hard to mount and difficult to pry. Sealing the tire is even more difficult. Used a belt to try and get the beads to spread but could not get it aired. Finally got help from a neighbor and with two sets of hands finally got it to seal. Not the first wheelbarrow tire I have replaced but definitely the most difficult. If you choose this tire be ready for a challenge..
