Technical problem with the oil pump.

I'm very pleased with the customer service and the technical service I received from Harvest Right.
I was helped by Giovanni who help me step by step understanding my mistakes with the oil pump, cleaning it, checking the pump's pressure, running tests....
I learned a lot in the process, and feel more confident to do the maintenance of my freeze dryer in the future.

I love my freeze dryer and have been using it regularly for years. Just recently I had an issue with it and called customer support. They were very helpful and walked me through the repair. Their videos are clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend!
