Just attach to your bucket, mount and add Happy Hen Treats nesting pads inside to prevent egg breakage. For heavier breeds, the dover hole may be increased from 6 in. to 8 in. This nesting box bucket kit is designed for lasting use, made to resist rot and corrosion.

- A: As for the Nest Box Bucket kit, we recommend mounting the bucket to a post using woodscrews and washers. But we've seen them mounted several different ways including using truck straps to keep them from rolling7 years agoHelpful?
Q: How is this mounted, especially for heavier breeds, so it doesn't split out the wood it is mounted to or the bucket?
