    Works, but not perfect

    These boxes get the job done, but they are not perfect. I gave it 4 stars because they are not all precise. We used 4 in our coop, and my husband ended up adding a piece of trim across the front of them to cover the inconsistencies.

    Good Design but Poor Construction

    This unit is made of plywood and is assembled with staples, which go into the soft core of the plywood and have no holding power. The first time one of my layers jumped into it, it fell apart. Screws will not help, because the plywood is thin and the screws would have to hold in the soft core as well. I copied the design and built 5 of them out of solid wood and they work great. Tractor Supply cheerfully refunded my money. The clerk told me they get a lot of them returned.

    Cheap construction

    Fell apart after a week, not durable very shoddily constructed. Would not recommend and will not buy again . TSC app will not let me upload a pic of where it fell apart and cut one of my chickens
