I’m disappointed not in the product itself, but that I asked for a high nitrogen fertilizer that I could use on my straw bale vegetable garden. The associate at Tractor Supply guided me to this and I applied the first dose to my 40 bales, only to learn that high nitrogen fertilizers with herbicides like this one cripple the broadleaf plants I’m intending to plant, and that the herbicides remain for 3+weeks, even if I flush them. Even if vegetables grow, they won’t be safe to eat. I’m looking at having to replace the lot of bales, and eat the expense. It is on me for not coming into the store with a crystal clear idea of what I needed beyond the nitrogen, but I told the team it was for straw bales and vegetables gardening, and this should definitely not have been their recommendation. I won’t assume they are experts next time I need something.

So far, so good looks like it's killing the dandelions

Purchased three bags of this product and every one of them had clumping due to moisture penetration into the bags. This makes if difficult, to near impossible to use in a broadcast spreader.One bag was so wet I had to dry the contents on a tarp to make it usable.

Don't buy my bags were not wet but the fertilizer was wet, hard, and clumped up so it will not spread well. Not sure how it will preform. Don't think I got an even line down.
