It can also help to allow the battery to cool to room temperature before attempting to charge again, as built-in protection systems may temporarily block charging if the pack is too warm or too cold. If available, try the battery in another compatible Greenworks 40V tool or test a different 40V battery in the mower to help isolate whether the issue is with the battery or charger.
