Very nice product in terms of fabric and construction, BUT sizing is way off. I ordered up a size, but was still unable to zip it. Everything about the size is off.

I'm so disappointed- i usually...

I'm so disappointed- I usually wear a medium to large.(size 8-10) I purchased a size large puffer jacket and it was too small. I spoke to rep, I was told they run small order up a size. Returned & got an XL, still too small. I had my mom try it on she's a size small, the jacket was just a little big on her, large would have fit her perfectly. Anyone rise have this issue? I'm so sad because I was excited for this jacket
