Q: Can you add automatic gate openers specifically liftmaster LA500XL60W

  • A: Hello Bobcat, Yes, an automatic gate opener can be used on this gate. Unfortunately we do not have the specs for the Liftmaster gate you're referencing because it's not a product TSC sells, so we cannot comment on it's compatibility. We would recommend our Mighty Mule openers for this product, specifically sku 1429759.

Wish there was an option to purchase for a gate latch to be purchased and included. Please include wording in the description that "hardware" does NOT include latch.
