Works fine, but relatively expensive

Works fine, but relatively expensive when considering the alternative: you can just use generic weed wacker string for the same purpose. Don't take my word for it. Look it up online. Just make sure you find the same string diameter and go for it.

Perfect Soot Eater replacement line

Bought these to use in my old head for trim-down replacements for a 6" SS liner hooked up to my stove. Works great. No issues. 2 or 3 passes up/down the liner twice a season and it's good to go (provided you have a clean liner to start with). As always, I'd recommend an inspection/cleaning of the chimney before starting to use this. My liner is only 3 seasons old, so it's clean to start with.
