Have a room or area that needs powerful dehumidification? Friedrich offers models that can extract 35 or 50 pints of moisture every 24 hours. Both models have built-in drain pumps that can pump condensation vertically or horizontally up to a combined distance of 15 feet. They also provide continuous-drainage operation and can be set to precise humidity levels from 30% to 90%. Precise humidity control is so important that the EPA's proposed Energy Star Version 2.1 Dehumidifier specification may require a digital humidity readout or dial.

Big improvement in air quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dehumidifier works flawlessly, good quality, useful functionalities and how quiet it runs. It does the good job for which I expected for everyday humidity control, especially in the winter months. My nose is so dry and sometimes I have bleeding nose, but I have noticed the air quality is much more fresher and easier to breathe ever since I have this product in my room. The size is pert with modern style, easy to use and set up. With the wheels at the bottom of this machine, you can move it easily from room to room without having to pick it up. Strongly recommend.

Quality and easy to set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was easy to set up in my crawl space. It is a good weight to stand up right but not to heavy to maneuver. It has a very light almost like white noise sound while running. It is easy to keep clean with the different options for draining- the drawer, a hose, or a tube. We live in the south where humidity can climb in the summer so we are so excited to be able to use this to maintain the crawl space. It will last for years, it is quality built!

Very helpful for humid conditions

This has been a fantastic dehumidifier for our basement. It is very effective and not terribly loud. But it’s also in the basement, so I’m not sure how noticeable it would be in a living space. It has an auto shut off when it gets full to prevent overflow.
